An interesting 18K yellow gold keyless minute repeater pocket watch with grande & petite sonnerie, circa 1900. A polished case with a hinged gold cuvette, levers in the band for silence/sonnerie and grande/petite sonnerie White enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track with red five-minute Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and blue steel pear hands. Rhodium-plated movement, double train with differential winding, 30 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, striking the hours and quarters two hammers, repeating activated by a slide in the band. Dial and case signed, case numbered.
