A fine 18 Carat yellow gold hunting cased keyless, minute repeating pocket watch with oval-shaped single button chronograph. Accompanied by a fitted box with a built in push button to activate the repeater, Circa 1900.
Five body, bassine and polished case with hinged gold cuvette with oeil-de-perdrix decoration. White enamel dial with printed Arabic numerals, outer minute track and outermost one-fifth second chronograph divisions with Arabic markers calibrated to 300, sunk subsidiary seconds dial and gold Louis XIV hands.
Gilt brass movement with 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator and repeating on gongs activated by a push piece in the band.
