A Swiss 18 carat gold keyless lever pocket watch with chronograph, instantaneous 30 minute register and outer tachymeter scale, circa 1900. This watch features a frosted gilt movement with straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, and swan neck micrometre regulator. The white enamel dial has black Arabic numerals, four coloured outer tachymeter scales, a 30 minute register at 12 o’clock, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, original gold spade hands, and a central chronograph seconds hand. The polished case is fitted with a cuvette signed Vacheron & Constantin Genève.
