Yellow gold and enamel open faced watch by Patek Philippe

A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold and enamel open faced lever pocket watch, circa 1953. Retailed by H.B. Stanwood & Co.
Manual winding movement, lever escapement.
White enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer minute track. Hinged case, bezel, band and bow engraved, the back engine turned covered with translucent enamel, a polychrome enamel flower bouquet in the centre. Cuvette signed by the retailer and watchmaker, case and cuvette numbered. Comes with a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives, winding key, matching chain and presentation box.
