Rose cut diamond set pendant watch

A fine, 18 carat gold, enamel, platinum and rose cut diamond set, keyless, pendant watch with a 25 cm matching chain. Accompanied by a Patek Philippe pouch, made for W.W. Wattles & Sons, Pittsburgh, PA by Patek Philippe & Co., Genève, in Circa 1900. Four body case with a bezel decorated with champlevé blue and white translucent enamel, bordered by diamond-set platinum scroll and bow decoration, case back decorated with guilloché champlevé blue enamel, centred by diamond-set platinum cartouche, diamond-set outer rim, cabochon sapphire-set winding crown and hinged gold cuvette.
White enamel dial with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute track with five-minute Arabic markers and gold Louis XV hands. Rhodium-plated movement with Geneva Striping decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 8 adjustments, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator.
Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed.
