Gold full hunter watch with six complications by Borel Fils & Cie.

A fine and unusual, patented Swiss minute repeating keyless winding chronograph with triple date à guichet (with aperture) and moon phases, made for the Russian market, circa 1900.
Rhodium-plated movement with straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensated balance with gold poising screws and blued steel hairspring with a terminal curve, index regulator, repeater work with the centrifugal governor, and chronograph work on the top plate.
White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, yellow gold spade hands, and six horological complications: Patented minute repeater on two steel gongs (activated by the slide located on the case band at 6 o’clock); 1/5 second chronograph (activated by the single olive shaped push piece located on the case- band at 12 o’clock); Half-instantaneous date of the month (subsidiary dial at 3 o’clock); Day of the week (subsidiary dial at 9 o’clock; indications given in Russian); • Month of the year (aperture at 12 o’clock; indications given in Russian); Phases of the moon (aperture at 6 o’clock).
Round shaped 14 Carat pink gold engine turned case. Dial, case and movement signed. Accompanied by a copy of the invention patent.
