A rare Swiss 14 carat rose gold hunting cased grande sonnerie pocket watch with carillon made for the Russian market, circa 1900. Gilt, frosted 1/2 plate movement, polished screws, three hammers, three gongs, tandem wind with two barrels, screwed compensation balance, blued balance spring, ruby endstone on escape wheel. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, sunken seconds and gold spade hands.Engine turned case, pusher for striking mechanism at 6, adjusting lever for Sonnerie/Silence.  Cuvette signed.
