A fine, 18k Swiss yellow gold, minute repeating, half hunting cased keyless pocket watch, circa 1900. Made for the Hispanic market. A polished band, the bezels chased with decoration, the cover and back entirely engraved with scrolls and flowers, the front cover with polished chapter ring, black radial Roman numerals, inner minute track. Gold cuvette engraved with technical details, glazed gold-rimmed cover for viewing the movement.

White enamel dial with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track subsidiary seconds. Blued steel spade hands. A frosted gilt movement, 32 jewels, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometre regulator. Cuvette signed.
