Unsigned gold repeating chronograph

A Swiss 14 carat gold hunting cased quarter repeating chronograph watch, circa 1900. The watch features a jewelled lever movement, with steel hammers striking on two coiled gongs and a revolving governor. It has a white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals, an outer chronograph seconds track, subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock, and gilt filigree hands. The cuvette is adorned with commemorative exhibition medallions. The 14 carat gold engine turned case is stamped LBT and has a vacant cartouche, with pushers on the band.

The dial is intact with no cracks or visible damage. The case and band have some minor dents and scratches, as does the cuvette at the opening point. The movement operates and repeats when wound.
