A large numbered pink gold hunter cased repeater with chronograph, made by Audemars Frères, supplier of the Russian Csar’s house, in Genève, Switzerland, circa 1900. The full hunter engine turned case, with three gold lids, of this watch were crafted from 14 carat gold. The cuvette is engraved with the Czar’s eagle and the medals won by the watch at Grand Prix’s. The white enamel dial has an outer ring with black Arabic numerals for the hours and minutes, a subsidiary seconds dial at six o’clock and gold hands. The Swiss lever movement has an hours and quarters repeating chronograph.
