A Swiss lever in an engine turned silver half hunter case, hallmarked London (import) circa 1919. Nickelled split three quarter plate 15 jewels keyless movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, uncut bi metallic balance with spiral hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Arabic numerals and blue steel hands. Engine turned silver half hunter case with blue enamel chapter ring, vacant shield shaped cartouche on the back cover. Plain silver cuvette. Maker’s mark ‘JJH’ in a rectangle. Gilt winding button.
