A rare Swiss hunting cased minute repeating pocket watch with Carillon and quarter-hour self-strike – Grande Sonnerie, circa 1900.
This rare pocket watch has an 18 Carat gold, polished case with a gold dome and a lever for Silence/Sonnerie; a signed enamel dial with Arabic Empire numerals, auxiliary seconds, and gold Breguet hands; and a signed, frosted gilt 1/2 plate movement with three hammers / three gongs, tandem winding, and gold screw compensation balance.
