An early Geneva multi coloured gold verge pocket watch with a toc et a tact repeater, circa 1765. This piece features an 18 carat gold case with multicoloured floral relief decoration and a high-quality five-part lateral hinge. It has jewels on both sides, with some replacements, and includes a bell with a switching device for the repeater and a silent a toc. The watch features a signed and numbered verge movement, a signed white enamel dial displaying Roman numerals for the hours, Arabic numerals for the minutes, and elegant hands.
