Precision has always been the foremost priority at Zenith. Since its establishment in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot, significant emphasis has been placed on the adjustment of the base movements; this principle has remained unchanged in the creation of the iconic wrist chronometers, including the renowned El Primero with automatic winding. In the early 20th century, Zenith timepieces set numerous records in chronometer competitions and have amassed over 1500 accolades and honours for their high-quality precision watches. The current chronometer, featuring a unique winding mechanism achieved by rotating the bezel, is part of this line of technically flawless timepieces. The large chronometer balance and the distinctive fine-tuning are evidence of the high standards of the manufacturer, as is the overall design.
