A Swiss 18K yellow gold minute repeating keyless pocket watch, circa 1900. A solid, polished case with an engine turned case back and gold-hinged cuvette. White enamel dial with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary sunk seconds dial and blued steel spade hands. Nickel-plated movement, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan neck micrometre regulator, repeating on gongs by activating slide on the band. Dial and movement signed, case numbered.
