A fine anker chronometer, made by Robert Tournaire, student at the watchmaking school in Geneva, Switzerland,  circa 1918. The numbered open faced case of this watch was crafted from silver, has gold hinges and the back lid has a monogram “RT” for Robert Tournaire. The white enamel dial has Arabic red five minute numerals and black ones for the hours, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and steel hands.
