A Swiss silver half hunter cased lever pocket watch, hallmarked London (import) 1917. Nickelled split three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel, plain cock with polished steel regulator, uncut bi metallic balance with spiral hairspring, club foot lever escapement. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and blued steel half hunter hands. Engine turned case with blue enamel chapter ring, vacant shield shaped cartouche on the back cover. Maker’s mark GS in a rectangle.
