An as new, heavy deck chronometer with wooden box, circa 1997, operating instructions and Bulletin de Marche Observatory La Chaux-deFonds from 12/4/1997. Sterling silver case, tiered, engine-turned, reeded band, glazed movement. Dial is two-coloured silvered, engine-turned, radial Roman hours, sunk auxiliary seconds, 48h power reserve indication, moon phase, blued Breguet hands. 1/2 plate movement, rhodium-plated, “fausses côtes” decoration, 19 jewels, polished screws, large Glucydur balance, shock protection for balance.
