A rare Swiss gunmetal open faced keyless lever pocket watch with a tourbillon after Swiss patent No. 30754, circa 1910. Courvoisier Frères patent movement, a lever escapement and visible tourbillon mechanism.
Gilt dial, small eccentric time indication in the upper half with radial Arabic numerals, outer minute dots and blued steel spade hands. A plain case.
Movement signed and numbered.
