Open faced chronograph with multiscale by Omega

A Swiss stainless steel open faced mono pusher chronograph watch with a multiscale dial, circa 1900. It has a gilt mechanical movement, cal. 39 CMRO, with 23 jewels and lever escapement. The dial is semi skeletonized and features radial Roman numerals, inner red Arabic Telemetre km numerals, an outer minutes and fifth of a second track, an outermost tachymeter scale, subsidiary seconds at 6 and a 30 minute register at 12, and blued steel hands. The case is stainless steel with a snap on back. The dial, cuvette, and movement are signed.

The case is in good condition with wear, surface scuffing, and scratches consistent with age and use. Some scratches from opening and closing at the case band. Case back with some pitting and more visible scratches. Dial with visible wear, discolouration, and patina throughout. The outermost edge has areas of corrosion. A visible darkened scratch between 12 and 2. Some wear patina to the plates of the movement. Chronograph operating. The movement is running.
