A fine and elegant Swiss 18K gold, enamel and diamond-set hunting cased lady’s keyless pendant watch, circa 1900. The front cover is decorated with a painted enamel scene of a country couple resting in a landscape surrounded by a rose-cut diamond-set leaf border, blue guilloché enamel border, an engraved foliate outer border and the back cover decorated with engraved gold leaves on a blue guilloché enamel ground with a border to match the front. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with prize medals. White enamel dial, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with Arabic five-minute numerals and gold spade hands. A rhodium-plated movement with wavy-line decoration, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel flat balance spring and an index regulator.
