A Swiss stainless steel open faced split seconds chronograph pocket watch made by Breitling, circa 1965. It features a handwound mechanical movement with lever escapement, signed Breitling, Valjoux 9. The black dial has Arabic numeral hour markers, an outer minute track, a small azure silvered seconds sub dial at six o’clock, a 30 minute chronograph counter in an azure silvered sub dial at noon, an outer scale for tenth of a second timing, and yellow glaive hands. The plain caseback is signed Breitling, numbered, and includes a clipped dust cover. The watch comes with its original Breitling box and a lanyard for protection during measurements.
