This piece is a very elegant example of the creative design and craftsmanship of the House of Piaget, which changed the watch landscape back in the 1960s. These types of watches were intended for a young and avant garde clientele and were characterized by their asymmetrical shapes, large bracelets and the use of all kinds of precious stones. Piaget’s watches from the 1960s and 1970s are among the most sought after and fascinating works of high jewellery today.
