A heavy fine precision watch with matching 18 carat gold watch chain, made circa 1890. This very solid quality watch features a water drop shaped full hunter case which was crafted from 14 carat gold and has a monogram on the spring lid. The white enamel dial has black Arabic hour numerals from 1 to 12 o’clock, red Arabic hour numerals from 13 to 24 o’clock, a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock and gold hands. The numbered movement has a precision lever escapement with a 2/3 plate and a fine adjusting device.
The case and movement have matching numbers.
