Silver open faced with a special dial

An Italian engine turned silver case, dome inscribed “CADRAN & MINUTERIE, Systeme Barbani No.182”, bar movement with lever escapement, circa 1890.
An original enamel dial, regulator dial with 2 central minute hands and 2 separated hour register, subsidiary seconds, dial inscribed “Quadrante Antonio Barbani Europa Centrale”.
The dial has gold and steel hands, small peripheral dent, altogether in good condition.
