A limited edition Swiss 14 carat gold, diamond, ruby and sapphire set hunting cased keyless pocket watch made by Longines for Wittnauer & Co in New York, U.S.A., in commemoration of the American bicentennial, circa 1976. The nickel lever movement is adjusted and has 17 jewels. Silvered dial with applied baton hour indexes and gold hands. The case with a hinged front cover depicting a diamond set bald eagle beneath the motto E Pluribus Unum (From Many to One in English) in a banner, flanked by chased and engraved decoration with sapphire setting, surrounded by rubies, the edge reading United States of America 1776-1976 and a snap on back. Dial and case signed, movement signed and numbered. Comes with a silver plated presentation box with its original packaging, a warranty booklet, diamond Quality Guarantee, an instruction card, a hang tag, price tag and pouch.
