A Swiss 18 carat rose gold coin watch made by Piaget in Geneva, circa 1984. The movement with a lever escapement and 9 jewels. Rose gold dial with baton hour markers and blued hands. A cast and engraved case with snap on back. Dial and case signed, movement signed and numbered.
