A very fine Swiss 18 carat gold and sapphire set pendant watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1963. The manual winding movement with 18 jewels and a lever escapement. Silvered dial with applied gold baton hour indexes and sword hands. The quadrangular case is set with sapphires and has a snap on back. Dial, case and movement signed, case and movement numbered.
