A Swiss 18 carat gold open faced keyless pocket watch made by Patek Philippe in Geneva, circa 1900. The movement with a Swiss moustache lever escapement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, and wolf’s tooth winding. White enamel dial with black Arabic hours, an outer minute track, outermost red Arabic five minute numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and gilt Louis XV hands. A polished case. Dial and movement signed, case numbered, movement and cuvette with matching numbers. Comes with a fitted presentation box.
