Gold gentlemen’s watch with monogram

A rare German 18 carat gold hunting cased keyless pocket watch, circa 1930. Plain case in the manner of an anker chronometer with monogram BK on the back and a unique enamelled cuvette showing a gold diggers map of the Langlaagte in Johannesburg, Gold Fields Mining area, A. White enamel dial with Roman hours numerals, an outer minute track, sunk subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock and original gold spade hands. Quality 1A precision movement with a lever escapement, gold screwed chatons, a diamond endstone, gold lever, gold escape wheel and fine adjusting device. Dial signed, movement signed and numbered. Accompanied by an Extract from the Archives and the original presentation box with a spare mainspring.
