A very fine and exceptionally rare Swiss thin 18 carat yellow gold minute repeating keyless Art Deco dress watch with unusual power reserve indicator, circa 1920. Made for Tiffany & Co., New York. A solid, polished case, hinged gold cuvette. Satiné silver dial with applied yellow gold Breguet numerals, sunk subsidiary seconds dial with concentric up-and-down indication and yellow gold Breguet hands. A nickel movement, Geneva Stripping decoration, 31 jewels, straight-line counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with eight adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, repeating on gongs via activating slide on the band. Dial, case and movement signed.
