Important English open faced deck chronometer with power reserve indicator and duo-in-uno hairspring, Hallmarked London 1859. Plain silver case with gold hinges, casemaker Charles Brook Holiday. Chronometer movement in manner of Earnshaw with rare duo-in-uno hairspring, made in best Frodsham chronometer quality AD.FmsZ, screwed gold chatons, diamond endstone. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, power reserve indicator and blued steel hands. Dial and movement signed and numbered.
