A very fine and elegant Swiss 14 carat gold open faced Art Deco dress watch, circa 1928. Sold to Vienna in 1928. Very fine and rare precision calibre quality Extra, the so-called white version, special fine adjusting device, gold wheels. Attractive two-tone dial with Arabic hours and outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds and steel Art Deco hands. Extra thin case, the back with pinstripe decoration, relief band and bow. Dial signed, case and movement signed and numbered, case and movement with matching numbers. Comes with an Extract from the Archives.
