A very fine Swiss stainless steel centre seconds Marine deck chronometer of the British Navy, circa 1942. Gilt chronometer movement with lever escapement, fine adjusting device and Guillaume balance. White enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, blued steel hands. Plain case, gold hinges, Ulysse Nardin punch, British military marking to the back. Case numbered, dial and movement signed and numbered.
