A high-quality and extraordinary Swiss 18 carat gold open faced quarter repeating Lépine pocket watch, circa 1820. Verge movement, repeating the hours and quarter hours. The dial skeletonized in the centre, figural relief, white enamel dial ring with Arabic hours and outer minute divisions, blued steel hands. Case engine-turned and engraved on the back, blank cartouche, reeded band, punched AIB 2484.
