An English 18 carat gold open faced minute repeating key wind pocket chronometer, London Hallmark for 1829. Gilt full plate chronometer movement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance, helical balance spring, diamond end stone, two hammers striking on two gongs. White enamel dial with black Roman numerals, black outer minute track, subsidiary seconds at 6 and gilt spade hands. Polished hinged round case, repeat push to stem. Dial signed, movement signed and numbered, case numbered en stamped WW.
