A Swiss 14 carat gold open faced keyless wind roulette form pocket watch made for the American market, circa 1945. 17 Jewel Swiss lever movement, cut and compensated bimetallic balance.
Silvered dial, gilt baton hour markers, Arabic numeral quarters, black outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds at 6 and gilt leaf hands. Brushed round case, snap on back, arrow pointers to the front and reverse, set on ball bearings within outer case displaying enamelled 1-9 numerals in alternate red and black to the front, roulette wheel 0-36 numerals in red and black to the back. Case and dial signed, movement signed and numbered.
