A fine and rare Swiss platinum keyless pocket watch, made by Patek Philippe & Cie in Geneva, circa 1930. A solid, plain case with a two-tone silver dial, baton indexes, Roman numerals at the quarter divisions, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds and Breguet hands. The movement has a lever escapement. Signature on the case, dial and movement.
