A very fine and heavy Swiss 14 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating lever chronograph pocket watch made for the Russian market, circa 1920. Glazed, precision lever movement in top quality, repeating the hours, quarter hours and minutes, high quality and exceptional chronograph. Cuvette elaborately and very decoratively engraved with the Russian Tsar eagle, various medals and portraits. Engine-turned dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds, 300 chronograph register and blued steel hands. Engine-turned case, punched Louis Audemars, Swiss 14K gold punch, additionally Russian 56 gold punch. Dial signed, cuvette and movement signed and numbered. Comes with, presumably, the original box.
