Unique Swiss 18 carat gold and enamel open faced lever dress watch, circa 1925. Very fine lever movement, Geneva striping, inscribed L’Egyptienne. Cuvette inscribed G. Süssmann – Surveyor to the Khedivial Family Cairo. Gilt dial in excellent condition with Arabic hours, also inscribed L’Egyptienne, subsidiary seconds and blued steel hands. Exceptionally decorated case with blue and white enamel on both sides. Dial signed, movement signed and numbered.
