A very heavy English 18 carat gold hunting cased lever pocket watch with rack lever escapement and rare 15 seconds indication, Hallmarked 1806. Very rare English movement, rack lever escapement, Liverpool Windows and temperature compensation, decorative bridge, diamond endstone. Cuvette inscribed. White enamel dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, rare 15 seconds indication, original rose gold hands. Case with floral relief, case maker’s punch JH. Dial and movement signed and numbered, cuvette signed.

This watch is very rare. The 18 carat gold edition is a rarity for connoisseurs of these very early rack lever watches. Only very few of these watches were made with gold cases.
