An important Swiss 18 carat rose gold hunting cased minute repeating lever pocket watch with perpetual calendar and heavy watch chain made for Dürrstein, Dresden, circa 1900. Glazed movement, top-class calibre, repeating the minutes, perpetual calendar, special chronograph with 30-minutes counter combined with the month scale, moon phase. Typical three-stepped white enamel Glashütte design dial, rose gold hands, the calendar scale inscribed Schaltjahr Immerwährend, also rose gold hands. Plain case with German inscription for the setting of the calendar functions, punch Dürrstein Dresden. Case numbered.

According to research, this watch belongs to the series of 35 watches that Audemars Piguet delivered to Dürrstein in Dresden. These watches were not signed by Audemars Piguet and had typical Glashütte features, such as the three-part in German inscribed dial in Glashütte design and the German inscription on the case.
