A rare, early Swiss silver lever pocket watch with a special case, circa 1866. Very fine quality, early Patek Philippe bar movement, wolf’s toothing, moustache lever, early crown winding. White enamel dial with Roman hours and outer minute divisions, blued steel hands. Plain case in a special design with pressed backs on both sides, without hinges. Dial signed Tiffany & C0, movement signed and numbered; bezel numbered, case and movement with matching numbers. For this pocket watch, an extract from the archives can be issued.
