A rare, early Swiss silver lever pocket watch with a special case, circa 1866. This pocket watch features a fine quality, early Patek Philippe bar movement with wolf’s toothing, a moustache lever, and early crown winding. The white enamel dial showcases Roman hours, outer minute divisions, and blued steel hands. The plain case has a special design with pressed backs on both sides, without hinges. The dial is signed Tiffany & Co., while the movement is signed and numbered, and the bezel and case have matching numbers. An extract from the archives can be issued for this pocket watch.
