This watch has a London signature but the name Reckurnab indicates that this is one of the numerous German watches of this time, which was provided with a false London signature. In ‘Baillie’ another watch is listed, probably of the same origin, signed ‘Rehkeurnab’. Also attributed to the city of Nabburg near Nuremberg. This watch had a Meissen porcelain case and also dates from around 1720/1730.
