This Swiss shagreen gilt case features an open faced, circa 1710.
Blue Roman numerals, enamelled ring marked for the hours and quarters, dial with white cartouches and fancy steel hand.
The movement with verge escapement is a full plate fire gilt movement with Egyptian pillars, polished steel setting to the steel endstone. Plain three arm gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring.
