An extremely rare Swiss 18 carat gold open faced pendant watch with a brooch, leather bow tie and chatelaine, circa 1994. Specially made to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Patek Philippe. Sold on April 13th, 1994. Precision quartz movement. White porcelain dial with Arabic hours and outer minute divisions. Plain case with a pushback. Dial signed, case and movement numbered. Comes with the original presentation box and two Patek Philippe certificates.
