A platinum and enamel open faced keyless lever pendant watch with necklace, Circa 1920. The watch has a lever movement with 18 jewels. It features a silvered guilloché dial adorned with Arabic numerals, an outer minute track, and elegant blued steel moon-style hands. The platinum case is complemented by a white enamel monogram, and it comes with a platinum necklace accentuated with seed pearls and white enamel. Both the dial and the movement are signed Cartier, Paris.

The case is in good condition, showing surface wear and scuffing consistent with its age. The white enamel on the case back remains intact, while the coin-edge case band is still well-defined. The necklace exhibits similar signs of wear. The condition and quality of the seed pearls have not been assessed. The dial shows surface wear and slight discolouration, most noticeable around the central arbour. The movement is in working order.
