A lady’s rare Swiss 18k gold enamel and pearl set minute repeating watch, made for the Chinese market, circa 1900, gilt lever movement, highly jeweled movement, some jewels carried in gold screwed down chatons, repeating on gongs, gold cuvette.
White enamel dial, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, the case polychrome enameled with figures of a lady and a gentleman within a love garden in 18th century dress, the reverse with a portrait of a lady within green enamel foliate borders, pearl-set bezels, band further enameled with running gold paterae.
