A Swiss 18 carat yellow gold open faced keyless lever watch with enamel dial, circa 1920. It features a mechanical, jewelled movement with a lever escapement. The white enamel dial features Arabic radial hours, an outer minute ring, a subsidiary seconds dial, and spade hands. The 18 carat yellow gold case includes a hinged case back and cuvette. The case, dial, and movement are all signed.

The movement is in working condition. The enamel dial shows signs of restoration at 1 to 2 o’clock. The watch case exhibits signs of surface wear throughout and minor dents in some areas. The case has light signs of polishing, as the hallmarks on the bow are slightly rubbed, otherwise, the watch is in good overall condition for its age.
